6-in-1 Tactical Trauma Shears – Stainless Steel, Glass Breaker, O2 Wrench & Belt Holster | 3 Colors
Six Emergency Functions. One Tool on Your Belt.
Standard trauma shears cut clothing. These do six things. When you're working a vehicle extrication, a medical emergency, or any situation where seconds determine outcome, having one tool that covers cutting, breaking, wrenching, ring removal, and measurement — without reaching for a second instrument — is the difference between a fluid response and a fumble.
The RAPTORS SHEARS 6-in-1 tactical trauma shears come with a quick-access belt holster included. Available in All Black, Purple Fluorescence, and Gold.
All 6 Functions — What Each One Does
1. Stainless Steel Trauma Shears
Serrated blades cut through clothing, seat belts, boots, leather, and light metals in a single stroke. The angled blade tip lets you slide under fabric without lifting or repositioning — critical when a patient can't be moved and you need to expose a wound quickly.
2. Glass Breaker Tip
Hardened carbide point built into the handle for fast vehicle window breakout. Strike a corner of the tempered glass — the carbide concentrates force to shatter it instantly. For vehicle extrication, trapped patient rescue, or self-rescue from a submerged vehicle, this is the tool that makes entry possible.
3. Oxygen Tank Wrench
Integrated wrench sized for standard O2 valve fittings. When the shears are already in your hand at an emergency scene, you don't have to dig for a separate wrench to open the oxygen supply. Field-critical for EMS and fire response where oxygen deployment happens under pressure.
4. Ring Cutter
Safe removal of rings from injured or swollen fingers without trauma to the digit. Standard scissors can't safely cut a metal ring. The integrated ring cutter does it in seconds, which matters both medically — swollen fingers cut off circulation — and practically in time-sensitive treatment situations.
5. Rope & Strap Cutter
Dedicated cutting edge for cordage, webbing, and straps. Seat belt extraction, harness cutting, rope entanglement removal — this function handles materials that the main shear blade is less optimized for.
6. Engraved Ruler
5cm scale engraved on the blade for on-scene wound measurement, burn surface estimation, and documentation. Eliminates reaching for a separate measuring tool during assessment.
Build Quality — Stainless Steel with Reinforced Pivot
The blades are rust-resistant stainless steel with a reinforced pivot joint that maintains blade alignment under repeated heavy-duty cutting. The non-slip ergonomic grip is designed for one-handed operation with gloves on — standard in field medical response. Compact and foldable for trauma kit, IFAK, or EDC carry.
Belt Holster Included
Every set includes a rugged quick-access belt holster — the shears snap in securely and draw cleanly with one hand. For first responders who need the tool immediately accessible without digging through a bag, the holster is the difference between a 2-second draw and a 10-second search. Fits standard duty belts and tactical belt setups.

Who Uses These
- 🚑 EMTs & paramedics — field-standard trauma shears with O2 wrench and ring cutter built in
- 🚒 Firefighters & rescue teams — vehicle extrication glass breaker + seat belt cutting in one tool
- 👮 Law enforcement & security — EDC multi-function emergency tool on a duty belt
- 🎒 Preppers & first aid kit builders — 6 functions replace multiple single-purpose tools

Pro tip: Keep the shears in the holster clipped to the outside of your trauma bag or MOLLE vest — not inside the bag. In an active scene, the half-second difference between drawing from a holster and unzipping a pouch matters. Color variants (Purple Fluorescence, Gold) are useful for shared kit environments like classrooms or training facilities where individual tools need to be quickly identified and returned.
